"I have stayed in the south Holiday Inn Express a time or two. That ocation is a much nicer building inside, breakfast, pool area rooms, parking lot. It also seemed much safer.
The man at the desk went out of his way to help me.
Some of the guest at this location were loud and using strong language. The overall atmosphere made me nervous."

"John at the front desk was very attentive.
The women at the Bistro however was not. She never acknowledged us when we walked up to the counter. We noticed she was looking up a drink recipe so we gave her grace as we could tell she was new, but when she walked away to go talk to John at the front desk we decided the coffee we wanted wasn’t worth it. Other then that or stay was great."

"Glen Eryie is a beautiful place! The grounds are maintained beautifully. Everyone working there was extremely kind and helpful. The security of the property was comforting.
We were a little disappointed there was no television in the room. When you go on vacation and you have been sightseeing all day, you want to go back to your room and relax and watch a little TV. Other than that, everything was perfect!"
