"Okay Erica and the girl who checked us out on the 4th at 10:43am were call super nice, very informative, helpful, etc. etc. I can’t think of anything negative to say. There was a person that helped us with towels and something else and I don’t know if he is maintenance or what his actual title is but I do know his name is Todd. He was helpful. Thank you so much. We will use this place again."

"this stay has been absolutely unacceptable. The room is unbearably hot, and the air conditioner makes a loud noise every time it shuts off. On top of that, doors keep slamming and people are yelling and cussing in the hallway.
I paid for a comfortable room and a decent night’s sleep. I’m here for work, and I have only about six hours to rest. Instead, I’m considering sleeping in my truck because I can’t get any peace in the room I paid for. That is ridiculous.
This is my first stay with you,...

"I had reserved 2 nights on 10/10 - 10/12. My sheets were dirty with stains. I don't think they even changed the sheets. Also, I could not get connected to wifi in my room on my laptop. I ended up only staying 1 night and drove back at 6AM on 10/11. First time ever staying there and won't come back."

"Waited a while at front desk as no one was there to check us in. Once there, they were very friendly and helpful. I heard another guest complain that their door wouldn't close and lock. Our deadbolt wouldn't lock. They did give both of us different rooms. The shower in new room was dirty. The carpet wasn't clean. No hair dryer. Not too bad, just not good."
