"Everything was clean and staff was responsive."

"The only reason why I picked this hotel is because the price was low compared to the nearby hotels. You get what you pay for to say the least. Rambunctious kids running up and down the hallways, people pounding their feet the floor above, the pool was utter chaos and packed with loud music playing. All of these things happened without the staff addressing. Our room was NOT cleaned. We found stains on the sheets, stains on the floors and toilet and many, many fingerprints all over the...

"Not only did they offer a wonderful breakfast with a variety of choices, but they offered a free evening meal from 5:30-7pm which had a variety of tasty options as well. The evening meal also included three drink punches per person at the bar during that time. The staff was very efficient and super friendly! We will definitely be going back!"

"The front desk worker came down to the pool area and berated us for eating in the pool area, and we were not eating in the pool area. We had water bottles, that was it. She was extremely rude and way off base. We have stayed here for years and now we never will again. "

"Friendly staff but laughing and talking with each other in front of guests is not professional. Room was not cleaned well. Bathroom door needed cleaning and the rest of the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Hair on floor and shower. Sheets and pillowcases felt and smelled clean but had old stains on them. Poor quality pillows."

"The front desk area has been remodeled and looks nice. However, its basically lipstick on a pig. As we walked down the hall, the smell got worse and worse and by the time we got to our room, it full on smelled like dirty kitty litter. When we got in the (1st floor room), the window was open, there were hairs in the bed, there was a bug in the shower, there was some gross splatter on the bathroom wall. I have never checked out of a hotel within minutes of checking in until i got to this hotel."

"The room was awful; they were short-staffed; our room wasn’t ready when we checked in; and our bathroom started to overflow. And then we woke up to the sink overflowing and water everywhere. It has been the worst stay ever. We didn't even get a discount for the issues we had to move rooms in the middle of the night; it was just not good at all."
