"We were in Room 220. The door was ajar when we got there. The carpet was wet. The light by the door was very dim. I went to turn on the light by the bed and the nob to turn the switch was broken. The other lights in the room was for the bathroom sink and the toilet/tub area. I took the lamp from the bed area to the front desk and asked for another. There were none available. Maintenance came by about 10 minutes later with a lamp for the bedside and he noticed we did not have a desk lamp. He came...

"I had a problem with my reservation made through Expedia. Proprietor would not work with me to correct the problem. Computer wasn’t working. Intake at desk couldn’t fix computer for me to attempt to check on the situation. I ended up booking another room in Rocklin Holiday inn and saw charged for a room in Roseville that I was unable to stay in. Easter weekend and a concert. "1. They never come to clean rooms , NEVER! 2. Weekend staff is rude and always on their personal phones and treat foreigners with rudeness and disrespect . "Two nights in a tow they forgot to do room service "

"The room was clean and everything worked. It was a bare bones room. Shower, bed, towels and first morning coffee. No frills, but the price of the room made up for any shortfalls. There were many places to eat within walking distance and because they had kitchenettes, you could buy food at a grocery store and microwave food. If you want to do that, bring your own cutlery and plates."
