"We like the location and the staff are always amazing.
However we arrived after 3pm room was not ready. Room got moved to didn't have enough towels for 3 guests, no hand towel, no body wash in shower was left empty. Bathroom not very clean, exhaust fan doesn't work and for what you pay toilet paper that is like sand paper is not good enough. These rooms definitely need up grading bed was not comfy you dip in to eachother. Glass outside to spa hand prints also."
