"The staff was most excellent especially Melvin!
I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a microwave in the room nor was there a couch in the room.
The housekeeper replaced our (2 people) washcloths (4) with (2) washcloths. I really don’t like washing my body with the same washcloth that I wash my face.
I know I could have gotten more from the front desk.
I really enjoyed my stay"

"I couldn't sleep because of a loud humming noise from someone's dishwasher, then from the electrical room across the hallway. Plus the iron was shattered, not just broken. I couldn't iron my clothes to go to the conference that morning. It was also too late to request a replacement.
