"This hotel seems very new. The cleanliness was top notch. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast had many various options with real ceramic plates and coffee cups and real glasses for juice and water. The parking price is steep: $30 a night and really no other parking options are available."

"Wonderful stay! We arrived early, around 11:30am. Bianca checked us in & put us on the waitlist for our room. She stored our luggage while we walked over to Pike’s Place Market. They texted us before 2pm to let us know that our room was ready. When we got back to the hotel, our luggage had already been dropped off in our room. Room was nice with a small kitchenette that included a microwave, refrigerator, espresso machine, & snacks. They also booked us a shuttle for $10 a person to the cruise ship terminal. Bianca and the rest of the staff were fabulous! Location was great! Within walking distance of several places to eat. Awesome stay!"

"Charged at the end for “destination” and was explained that was this was for water, coffee, which was free. Not happy with that. The valet was great. The waitstaff too. I would not stay there again. Way to $$$$"

"Loved our stay. The only downside was my daughter found a sock in our room that didn’t belong to any of us so assuming it was the previous guest. I think she found it under the desk/in the drapes so maybe difficult for housekeepers to see. Another downside was the wait at reception!!! My husband was in line for 25 minutes. Waiting in line (especially with kids who are tired) didn’t feel great. Everything else was amazing!"

"Initial parking for valet service is a bit challenging due to limited street parking, but once you can park and leave it for valet service it’s great! Rooms are clean and beds are so comfortable! Late evening snacks in the restaurant are really good and Phillip provided excellent service. Definitely a great choice if you want to enjoy the market, pier, and baseball or football! "

"I feel for the price of this hotel should include a continental breakfast for guests. Also the price for overnight parking in the garage is crazy. If your a guest should be free or at least no more than $20.00. $55.00 is crazy. "
