"We stay here everything we visit Weatherford. It is clean and comfortable. Free breakfast leave something to be desired...no fruit or yogurt. Your only options are cold cereal or waffles. Rarely anything else available. No irn or ironing board. But overall great for the price."

"It was too cold in the room and almost every where. Temperature control was very difficult in the room and the system does not work pry."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angel’s Nest B&B. Built on the highest point in Parker County, this is a lovely Victorian home built in 1890s with vintage furnishings, but with up to date amenities. A/C, electricity, TV, etc. Comfy king size bed, delicious breakfast, clean, welcoming staff, wonderful wrap around porch perfect for sitting outside viewing for miles while enjoying a gentle breeze. Free parking on the property. "

"We booked this hotel because of the pool, which was not available to us as it had not yet been inspected. Ongoing construction diminished the experience. Understood that it was not their fault. Recent storms caused much of the damage."

"Pull out sofa was broken. Rollaway bed was super uncomfortable. Towels had seen better days. One small, slow elevator. Staff- super sweet. If you are desperate, stay there. If not, look elsewhere."

"Uncomfortable room. There was only one chair in the room. The curtains were torn. Towels were very thin. Bottles of shampoo and condition were only ok. Breakfast buffet was maybe a 2. They served extremely greasy sausage for the 2 days we were there. They had the cheapest muffins they could buy. The carpet looked like it could use a good cleaning."

"Adorable inn with gracious hosts, delicious breakfast and comfortable beds. Take a bottle if wine to end the day seated in the living area chatting with other guests."

"The shower in my particular room was not able to be turned on. The door had fairly large gaps all around it so daylight and air were always coming in. The ac was ok but it was fighting 85 degree ish air while being off all day so it didn't cool quickly but was very cool by morning. The staff was friendly, even for it being a later check in."

"We got there late so we would have left asap after we seen the room and especially the sheets! Let’s just say Scary at best and a piece of plywood would have been more comfortable. Checked out first thing in the morning! Please pay the extra money to stay elsewhere"

"The decision to stay at Magpie Inn for our getaway was the absolute best decision we could have made. Everything, and I do mean everything, was the confirmation of our dream to have a restful time together. The location was close to downtown Mineral Wells. We actually just walked to the main street through town. At the Magpie Inn, there was not one thing lacking physically and mentally. The owners, Jeremy and Magen, have such a magical aura about them. The food was absolute perfection. Our room...

"The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. The pool was really nice. It had a heated spa. The room was pleasant. The air conditioning in the room worked great. The hotel breakfast was great. Overall I would give this hotel 9 out of 10 stars. "
