"We had a great stay! The jetted tub in the room was very spacious and clean. The fitness center was great and so was the free breakfast. The staff were kind and it was overall excellent. The only complaint I have was the carpet in our room was somewhat dirty. After walking on it barefoot we could see the black under our feet so we wore flip flops the entire time in the room."

"This was the worst experience ever! From the time we checked in the hotel, had a horrible smell. The room ceiling was falling down, there were stains on the sheets and pillowcases as well as hair and when we asked the front desk, they said they did not have any other sheets or pillowcases they could give us. The bathroom ceiling was completely covered in mold as well as the shower. We have stayed in many hotels and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had with any hotel! We would’ve...

"You have to pay extra for amenities, like pots, pans, and utensils as well as bowls and plates so bring your own. Breakfast is a joke but better than nothing. You can get a cup of coffee and a granola bar on your way out the door to one of the local diners for a decent breakfast. We had a room with a king and got three pillows. I asked the nice woman at the front desk for another pillow and was told "we don't have extras..." Checkout is at 11am but your room key card deactivates at 10am. I would...

It was like it was stuck with a lock on all the time so I had to go through the adjoining room luckily my sister had that the door needs to be fixed in room 301."
