The room was not located in the main resort as expected. The room was dark and had a light that was out. The hair dryer didn't work. Attempting to get the problems resolved took hours. We were able to get help only after shift change

Power in room was unsafe. Lights surged on and off high and low regardles if they were on or off. Plug outlets did not work. lamps did not work, refrigerator did not work. Tv did not work. Shower area was dirty with Shampoo bottle half full (appeared to have been re used.) Had to turn off all power ...
