You could easily hear the street and other guests, bring earplugs (they supplied some also). The towels were very low quality and each person only gets one per night, so plan for that. "The check in and out was very simple. The hotel is clean and the room. It's self check in so make sure you get your access code via your email or check the Expedia message center for updated info. Parking is available on the street. There's stores and restaurants not too far in the area so you should be ok unless you want a specific restaurant then you will have to go a little further in long island city. "

The staff was friendly and professional, they help us check in ahead of time, offer coffee and hot chocolate for the kids, arrange our shuttle to the airport, etc they help in every way. There were stains on the walls. The things in the cabinets were left over by other guest. The pots and pans were not clean. There was a bar of dove soap above the shower glass.
