"Court Square Hotel is not a hotel. It is an apartment building in which several apartments are privately owned and rented out. Getting into the building is dangerous. No lighting in front of the building so finding the address itself is a challenge. The piles of dirty carpet out front was a red flag. I entered the unlocked building entrance after 11:15pm at night. "This hotel is in a calm area of Williamsburg. Amazing room! The bed is huge! I didn’t really need the balcony considering it was next to a brick wall, but I of course shouldn’t expect anything of real view in New York unless you’re paying around $1,000 for a room, but overall it was great!"

"Studio rooms are smaller than the pictures online. Very poorly equipped kitchen which is placed basically as the entry hall. No dining space. We had a long term stay in AKA before. I can't even compare the quality. Very mediocre. Not a good option if you are after a "comfortable" long term stay. Staff are friendly."

"The property was terrible. Breakfast was almost nonexistent. My deposit was held for a week. Gigantic property, very few customers, maybe 8. It was like a ghost town. The room was weird...furnishing was thrown together, maybe from a thrift store. It was like the property was abandoned. Stay away!!!"
