"This Historical Brewery turned into an inn, was a fun experience for our family to turn in for the night while visiting Milwaukee. The layout of the room & its amenities was well planned (all essentials were included & a few extras). Staff was very helpful in recommending places to dine. Sidebar note: I recommended you schedule some time in your itinerary to do the Pabst Tour & @ least one other Brewery Tour."

"Our room was discovered dirty at check-in:unflushed toliet, dirty kitchen cabinets (sticky), dust on furniture, and filthy, grimy window blinds- all 4 sets should of been cleaned or taken down years ago. The room was faded and reflected wear and tear.
Of important note, this hotel is not associated with the Chicago nor New York Knickerbocker!!!
The front desk staff were rude, and offered solutions that didn't work for us. And when we didn't choose them, then their dirt was our problem. The...

"During check-in, there was an issue with my room, which was a bit of a frustration, however, the gentleman that checked us in and the management staff when we checked out, did everything they could to resolve it and ensure we were happy with our stay. I would recommend them purely based off of our staff interaction. Top notch in customer relations."

"This is a very nice small, local Hotel above a pub in the northeast part of downtown Milwaukee.
There is a lively bar crowd with patio in front, but this was not a problem midweek in late October. The room was comfortable and the hotel has everything you need, and nothing you don’t. Its about a 30 minute walk to central downtown, or you can walk a block and catch the Free City Transit Tram that circles Milwaukee downtown. This is a simple hotel, not pretentious, glamorous or luxurious."

"First of all we were the only ones not allowed to get into our room early and I’m sure it was because it was a 3rd party reservation. Our room’s carpet was bubbled up all over the riom. The beverage door wood was all chewed up. The frint desk lady gave the excuse that everyone else’s rooms were ready and ours wasn’t. Would never stay there again."
