"Very sketchy hotel in a very sketchy neighborhood. My teenager and I didn’t feel safe and I was worried about my car being parked there for both nights. There were homeless walking freely around the property and staff was pretty much nonexistent. The office stayed locked the entire time we were there and I only spoke with a staff member at an outside check-in window on the first night. I tried to call the office a few times with questions and never got an answer. The hotel room walls were paper...

"Refrigerator didn’t work, so my wife went to the front desk to ask about it and was told they didn’t guarantee that the fridge, microwave, tv, or anything else in the room would work. Microwave was at least 20 years old and did not work either. They did not service my room during the day (no big deal) but when I went to ask for towels, I was met by the same older gentleman that talked to my wife the night before and he tried telling me that I should have asked the maids for towels during the day...

"Good services, friendly staff. Who stay on the 2rd floor may feel bad due to noise from new comer or neighbor in-out. "

"Killed 9 roaches in the span of 48 hours, including some baby ones. That along with all the other reviews that talk about roaches indicates to me that they have an infestation. First day after going to Disneyland all day I came back late at night to find a roach on top of the bed. Every other review like this has responses from management that it is a “one off” situation. Which clearly it isn’t."

"The front desk staff were so helpful when we asked to make a few changes on the room we reserved, and they were able to assist us kindly understanding our situation.They also explained the details we needed to know about our room exchange, parking and hotel amenities. The buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant had so many options and our waitresses were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and kept the room cool. All staff who we passed in the hallways or lobby...

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is located close to big stores like Walmart, Target, and Dollar Tree, there is decent amount of parking, and the free Disney shuttle is great. The breakfast was very good, with lots of hot and cold variety. The coffee was fantastic. The staff was very pleasant. The only downside was the room was a little on the humid and damp side, but that is the LA weather."
