"Great staff. It was the day after a football game and they were swamped. They did an excellent job."

"The waterpark was closed, which we would not have used anyways. Carpet looked newer and it was much cleaner than the last time we stayed there. Definitely needs some updating and cleaning. Swap out corroded toilet paper holders and put in new mirrors that aren't all wonky would be a start. Get some new paint."

"When we checked, the staff were not wearing anything indicating that they were part of the hotel staff as they were wearing regular clothes. After we had checked in, we went to our room. We did not have hand soap in the room nor did they have any in stock on the property. The pool was closed as they did not have the proper cleaning supplies to clean the pool. They did not had very little to offer for breakfast and the same goes for coffee. The vending machines were mostly empty."
