"Location was good due to walkability to airport and it had good reviews. For the latter, not sure why.
Upon arrival the staff person barely acknowledged me with eye contact and barely talked as they prepared my room key. The front of the elevator is pretty banged up and gave me pause whether I should use the stairs.
The lobby reeked of smoke and pot.
My room had only 1 single bath towel, not hand towel or washcloth anywhere in the room. I called the lobby, but no one answered after 10-11...

"Stayed two nights. The room itself was fine: comfortable beds, an okay shower, toiletries provided, and fresh towels. However, there were several issues.
The shuttle information was extremely confusing. The website did not provide clear information, and I contacted the front desk multiple times from Times Square trying to find it.
