"Located near lots of sights and restaurants/bars downtown and still walkable to Slabtown. Only 2 blocks from the Tri-Met, too. Beds are comfy, showers have good water pressure, and the walls aren't thin. The bar downstairs is pretty nice, too. Downtown Portland is what it is, but this location is convenient and safe. Unless the prices skyrocket, I'll likely keep staying here."

"The curtains would not close, I asked to get it fixed it never got fixed in the three days I was there. No wash cloths available only medium towels.
Valet parking for hotel is an additional $56 per night or walk two blocks for a lesser cost.
Staff does not communicate information to management and when it does, no contact from them. Unpleasant experience!"

"Quiet even when close to venues like the convention center and Moda center. I enjoy staying here it’s always comfy beds and all the amenities I need whether I’m attending work or a concert. Staff is always welcoming and the lobby is one of my favorites with lots of seating space and useful amenities like plug ins. I don’t always use the gym but I have and it has all the basics. I do enjoy the top roof restaurant, it’s got a great vibe and the rotating menu is yum!"

First after checking in I go to my room only to find the maid still cleaning it. The front desk was apologetic but I had to wait 20 minutes for the room to be ready.
