"At no point was I informed that weekend housekeeping is only available upon request. Even after I checked back into both rooms again on Saturday, no one mentioned it.
I stayed Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a room that was never vacuumed, never cleaned, the beds were never made, and the towels were never replaced. By Sunday I was so frustrated that I took the trash out myself. The only thing the front desk agent did was hand me clean towels, and she seemed completely unconcerned about leaving...

"This hotel serves its purpose, but nothing extra. It was quite noisy - the walls were paper thin. We could hear the alarm going off next door both nights we stayed there. Our keys were coded wrong and they locked us out of the room for our second night - which they did easily solve at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was simple, but adequate. Bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, eggs and bacon crumbles. Parking was the bonus here. Easy to park. Average room, nothing special, but would stay...

"Our stay was Awesome! Room and hotel where exceptionally clean , rooms are very quite. Front desk clerk was very helpful and courteous Meranda was awesome. "Our 2 night stay at the Hampton Inn was average. The hotel was clean and looked fairly new and well-kept. The front desk staff were not the most helpful or friendly. We aren’t hard to please but they were far from what you expect. We asked about an exit at the rear of the hotel and not much information was given. No mention of “breakfast begins at 6, your room number is 500, etc etc” the breakfast was mediocre and we aren’t food snobs. No soap in the shower and limited number of towels....
