"The greeting at reception set the tone for the stay. The car park situated next to the hotel had always been free but was now chargeable. Rather than helping with this, the receptionist didn't even look up just said download the app and sort it out then I will check you in. This was time consuming ..."

"Another stay here, unfortunately this stay had a couple of small issues that was made me drop my rating to 3 stars for this stay. 1. There was large bad smelling damp patch in my room. 2.
