Nice room in a convenient location. Was worried it would be noisy as I was directly opposite lifts and overlooking Lime Street station roof, but no problems. Also more places should have a massive fish tank in the lobby.

The property was of a basic nature and very tired in places. The bathroom paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was a small queen bed that wasn't big enough for 2 adults to get a good night sleep. Room fine - staff really nice and helpful . Would have been five but I did not receive details about the car parking that I had paid for that led to some problems accessing the enclosed garage space - otherwise everything was good.
