We stayed for the first time this week for 3 nights. It was so peaceful and relaxing and not too busy. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming, which made it even nicer. The pools were clean and relaxing. The beach access was literally out the door. A few hours after arrival I received a text asking if we needed anything else, so I asked for another towel and to unlock the safe. Someone came to the room within 10 mins to get it sorted! The receptionists were also friendly and guided us with...

Amazing place! Very clean and wonderfully decorated and maintained. John was really helpful and offered some good advice both about local amenities and transport options if you don’t have a car.
All staff I met were friendly.
Really can’t praise it enough!

All the staff I came into contact with were extremely professional and courteous. A credit to Marriott. Although I was only here for a very short time, I will definitely stay again.
My only irritation is the automated telephone system. It took a lot of endeavour to speak to an actual person prior to my arrival. I only needed to arrange the shuttle pick up, but kept getting asked if a text message would do… please bring back real people to speak with.

Excellent location for the adjacent Sawgrass Mills shopping centre, and also a convenient walk to Amerant Bank Arena.
Reception staff very helpful, room a decent size with a very useful fridge (believe all rooms have a fridge). Nice and clean.
Plenty of restaurants within a very short walk

We arrived for 1 nt (2adults 1child) in mid July. We booked this hotel as it was the closest reasonably priced hotel to MIA due to WC 3rd place match.
Our flight landed 3 hrs late so we got to hotel at 1.30AM. Met by Craig who was super friendly and helpful - thanks Craig!
Room was huge and well equipped, lots of space. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and space for seating.
Will definitely be staying here again next time passing through MIA. Highly recommend.

Nice & relaxed atmosphere. Great Area (Grocery stores & good option restaurants nearby). Will defo be staying again & will...
