"Had to change rooms 2 times. First room was motel room. Second room was nice but had ants on the dresser and in the bed. The third room was overlooking valet and was woken up by beeping trucks in the morning. Usually it is a good hotel- especially in the newer towers. I expected better on a Wednesday on a non-busy day. Not staying here again :("

"Always a great place to stay. The maintenance staff could use some training. Our room had several easily addressable maintenence issue that even an apprentice level technician could achieve. Still a great place just starting to slide a bit"

"I would not recommend staying at Kasa Hillsboro Beach. The property was dirty and poorly maintained throughout our stay. There was visible mold covering parts of the ceilings, trash scattered around the cabanas, and even dog feces left on the balcony outside of the gym. Parts of the property are literally falling apart — there was an area of collapsed ground that had simply been roped off instead of properly repaired. "Moldy broken frig. Party's with blaring music from rooms and someone had boom box at pool so never able to use. Propery did not enforce noice policy. Maintence man was awesome. Girl at desk understood why we checked out early. Our neighboring room was out on patio drinking and was bragging how many guns they had with them. Nope my elderly mother didn't feel safe and unable to sleep with all the noise. The worst hotel experience I've ever had!"
