HOT TUB didn't even WORK, was OUT OF ORDER, as was the only ONE ice machine for the WHOLE HOTEL!! Management wouldn't refund 2nd night of stay, had to leave due to ice storm and conference calcellation!! Will NEVER stay there AGAIN!!

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooms are very dated. The fireplace in the room didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work when I tried to call the desk for assistance. The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. View of the lake was the best thing about the property.
