"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "

"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great! The bedroom was clean and tidy. "Have stayed there at least 5-6 times in the last 4 years (and I stay there for 8-10 days at a time). It’s my go-to when I’m in the area. Property is great, features are good, great transportation access, good staff. Now that I’ve stayed a few times the (very) little things start to bother me. They could do with upgrading the in-room TV entertainment experience, and I’m noticing the room cleaning is starting to slip a bit (carpets with old stains, non working secondary lights etc.). Just small stuff, but worth addressing to keep up a high standard."

"We stayed for two nights, as we combined our stay from London to Alton towers Hotel was clean and inviting on arrival Unexpectedly you have to pay for the parking as was explained when we arrived There were two events in the evening of the two days we stayed. Which then when we arrived later back in the evening there was limited parking so we then had to park outside the hotel! Surely the hotel guests have the priority over the parking we got our payment back as compensation. A few people complained. Overall rooms and bathrooms were clean and bathrooms had a nice shower Breakfast was nice and always being replenished. A nice stay"
