"I do not recommend booking this hotel. My family had one of the worst experiences staying here. During our stay, there was a power outage, and the hotel had no backup generator. There was little to no assistance from the staff to accommodate guests or address their immediate needs during the interruption. What was even more concerning was the lack of emergency lighting in the fire exits, which raised serious safety concerns. To make matters worse, the hotel was unresponsive to emails and phone...

"The hotel was dirty, rooms were filthy, towels were hard to come by and stained. Trash in hallways, and lobby. There was no breakfast. The parking lot is in disrepair. The hairdryer did not work, the door safety locks were broken, the phone did not work so if you needed to call the front desk you couldn’t, you had to go downstairs. There is no elevator as an fyi. We got to the hotel and had to wait 20 minutes for someone so we even could check in, pretty sure we woke him up."

"The rooms were clean and stocked. I appreciated the lotion, shampoo, and soaps supplied. In one of the rooms the overhead shower did not work but the attached nozzle worked just fine. I was disappointed in the breakfast offerings. The hotel description said "hot breakfast buffet one of the only ones offered in the area." There was only one meat option. "Had never stayed at a motel before and I never will again. Front door was hard to close, the room smelled of cigarette smoke although it was non smoking and the room overall was dirty. The bed was comfortable at least."
