"Comfortable beds. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Daughter forgot her blanket and they even called to let us know so we could come back and get it! "

"I am a solo female traveler. The rooms were dirty. The carpets in the hallways were never vacuumed and it’s very stained. There was so much noise there. It was hard to sleep. People constantly left their trash outside of their cars. Someone was arrested while I was there and the smoke alarm went off for I did not feel safe as a female traveler. I never got room service Even though I requested it twice I ended up having to find my own products and clean the place myself. "

"Check in went smoothly and the front desk associate was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the feather pillows quickly depressed and became as soft as concrete under my head. This made a great night's sleep impossible. Breakfast was excellent and the eating area was spacious and comfortable. "

The ceiling had water damage and looked like it was going to collapse on us at any time. They charged me $123 because they said items were missing. 1 towel, 1 trashcan and a soap dish. I can assure you I didn’t take these items. I also know for a fact that they are lying because I had brought my own towels and had 2 extra. So how did I take "
