"The hotel offered a pleasant stay overall, with clean rooms and attentive staff. We did face an issue with the bathtub faucet, where the hot and cold water temperatures couldn’t be adjusted. The hotel team responded promptly and tried to resolve the problem, but once they determined it couldn’t be fixed quickly, they arranged a room for us on another floor. While this helped, the process added delays to our travel plans. Despite this inconvenience, the front‑desk staff remained responsive and helpful throughout, and the hotel’s cleanliness was consistently good."

"We requested a room for the disabled due to my husband requiring a walk-in shower. The room was perfect except for the toilet. He had hip and knee replacements, and the toilet was very low, which made it somewhat difficult for him. It would be great if a toilet that was a little higher than the standard was installed."

"The place was nice. Stayed there twice now. Three minor issues; The mini fridge made noise all night until I unplugged it. The room was cleaned st 3:00pm exactly when I returned and wanted to shower. The phone blinked red all day/night the front desk offered to send up a person and I declined. Not sure why they could clear the msg from down stairs"

"The hotel was beautiful. The room was beautiful. The property was beautiful. I highly recommend this property. I traveled with family and felt very safe. The area is quiet as well. It was approx a 20 min drive from Philly. I would stay here again and again. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. The rooms are a great size for families and to get stretch out a little. The beds are heavenly. I had some of the best night sleeps in a long time. I will think of the beds often. We didn't get our cookies when we arrived but the beds made up for it. Miss you already, bed."
