"Breakfast the food was cold and the serving trays and area was not maintained. Waited thirty minutes for fresh coffee to be made. The staff was busy talking to some guy friend that showed up. "First the staff was very kind, mgmt is however unresponsive. I had 4 cold showers the entire stay. The waffle maker broken entire time. Both treadmills broken. Walls & floor/ceiling were paper thin & the worst pillows I’ve literally ever used so not good rest. I asked to have mgmt call me upon checkout & still no response a week later. Very disappointing."
