After day two we started going out for breakfast. The floor tile in the room was cracked and loss, my wife reported the problem to the...

"Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was especially concerning — there were cockroaches, and the sink looked like it was almost falling off the counter. The overall condition felt very dirty and poorly maintained. On the positive side, the room did not have a bad or unpleasant smell. However, cleanliness and maintenance definitely need major improvement."
