Khách sạn Browntown

"Beautiful place and lovely hosts who were amicable and kind the entire stay. Would definitely recommend!"

"Hotel bed was so uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin and the fridge and ac units are extremely loud and kept waking us up multiple times during the night. The staff is awesome!!! Front desk Rep was an absolute gem but the stay was aweful as we could not get any rest. This was our first time staying at a Holiday Inn and unfortunately, this will be our last."

"Easy access from highway"

"Wonderful, cozy stay in a beautiful area!"

"Weekend Brunch buffets were great; wife loved the massage she received and the views were worth the trip."

"It was comfortable but not impressive. Convenient location, breakfast was meh."

"The only good - nice staff, good water pressure in the shower. The room was very old looking. The carpet was nasty ( needs to be replaced asap). The beds were not comfy. The walls are paper thin. We were awaken at 2 am by drunken arrival of new quests that moved ito the next closest room. Those same drunken quests were talking loudly for about 1 hour. Sleep Inn ended up being without good sleep for us."

"This is one of our favorite hotels. We only stay here when visiting Charlottesville! Wonderful rooms, helpful staff, great location and excellent amenities."

"Comfortable room, nice and quiet. A bit awkward to get to the hotel but once you’ve done it once you know how to get there. Breakfast was good."

"There was not a bartender. However; the front desk was very helpful."

"Needs updating. Bed was hard as a rock and pillows need to be replaced. Location good and overall decent."

"Great!"

"Room was clean and staff attentive. Good quality breakfast."

"These kinds of hotels can be a bit cookie cutter, so when one exceeds the norm, it’s worth calling out. This hotel did. First, the breakfast was better than any I’ve had at one of these style hotels. They had fresh fruit and a better selection of everything. Second, the staff were exceptionally nice. Shout out to the very nice woman who staffed the breakfast for being warm and helpful. Third, the workout room was well appointed The front desk staff were as nice as can be. So, if you...

"Old needs renovation!"

"Great motif and location in proximity to campus and dining. Staff were very helpful."

"First rate accommodations with the infinity pool a special blessing in the July heat. Marigold was great, as always."

"This was our second stay at the hotel. Each time we have been blessed to have the same, nice, very polite guest services lady. She is always very accomodating and helpful."
