"Helt fra første kontakt med Hotellet følte man sig velkommen, og det fortsatte gennem hele opholdet, utroligt flinke og behageliger mennesker, meget interesserede i at give alle deres gæster den bedste oplevelse ikke kun på hotellet men også i området.
Ved indtjekning blev det det mest vigtige om hotellet og lokalområdet gennemgået, der blev udleveret lidt materiale om området og hvordan man kunne komme rundt, vi fik anvist parkeringsområderne som ligger lige foran hotellet.

"We had a great family ski holiday at Elements resort Zell am See. We had a 2 bed suite for 6 people (2 on a sofa bed) and all the beds were comfortable. The apartment was well equipped, clean and a great space for us to chill out and relax after a long day on the slopes. Our grandchildren particularly liked the swimming pool and wellness area. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food available."
