"With no staff, remote check in, nobody to approach in case of difficulties or emergency I would NEVER stay at this property again. Room eas very small, took the meaning of "minimalistic" to a different lavel - smsll bed, two little wooden chairs acting as tables, no door to the bathroom, no net outside door to alloe sir to get in on a sweltering hot nightbut allowing bugs to get in !!"

"Room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with different options. Was within walking distance of most everything. Only negatives were no air conditioning and no refrigerator, but they do provide fans to help cool things down for the summer heat. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone else."

"This hotel was an amazing retreat during our month long city hopping trip. The room was very nice, comfortable bed, right next to laundry room, excellent breakfast, and even had a private balcony where we would sit each night and reflect on the day. Very close to train station and grocery store, plus our host gave us a handy map to use. Train/bus is very easy to use in Interlaken, so sites were very easy to access and the hotel gave us a card we could use for free local public transport. The...

"Have to walk to the restaurant to get ice .They have nothing to put it in they give you a plastic bag with a few cubes by the time you walk to your room they are almost all melted Shower leaked and water goes everywhere We went to eat at the restaurant the flys were rampant.Our drinking glasses were never replaced. No lights going up the stairs Terrible terrible However the mountain view was beautiful"

"Due to my late arrival and early departure, I did not interact directly with staff, only through messaging. However, they were VERY attentive and super helpful. The room and facility were clean and organized. It’s not the newest place in the world, but is very well kept and quite charming. I had absolutely not complaints. With the recent heat wave, the fan that was in the room was a welcome treat! Thanks for a very pleasant stay!!"

"This is a small, comfortable hotel, with limited amenities but beautiful views. The hotel faces a charming children’s park which is so fun but also, children in the summer play late into the evening and it can be quite loud. The rooms were warm with no AC or fans to support an unusually hot summer. The breakfast was good with some warm options from the kitchen including eggs, an omelet or pancakes plus the typical breakfast spread of breads, yogurt and cheeses. "Parking was right at the hotel. Large rooms with large balconies that gave us a great view of the valley. Staff was very attentive, even had room service. There were two fans we could use as there was no a/c. Unfortunately our neighbors sat on their balcony laughing a drinking till at least midnight so we couldn’t keep our windows open. The room was a bit too warm. Everything was spotless and the breakfast had many different options. Very tasty. We would stay here agin in the future."

"This location was close to a bus stop and gas station. It is also in the same building as the bus repair shops. Throughout the buildings interior and and exterior you can smell the pollution. There is a lack of visibility of the staff onsite, in my 3 night stay I only saw front lady staff once. They only keep the front desk opened within certain hours, but even then when I went down to speak with someone, there was no one to be found. "We had a great room and view of Interlaken. Weather was very hot, room needed air conditioning. I was advised to use the fan. Later found out another guest had same issue and was offered air con on 5th floor. While a issue highlighted above, staff were very nice. We needed a plug socket converter as our two pin would not fit due to the socket shape. All provided free by hotel............just return on leaving. Thank you."
