"Very disappointing experience with Hotel Aragon. We had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived, we were told the hotel was overbooked and we had to move to their sister hotel.
Yousef at the front desk told us that our rooms would be upgraded because of the inconvenience. However, when we arrived at the second hotel, only one of the rooms was upgraded. The check-in process there also took a very long time.
When we called Yousef about the issue, the first time he said he was busy and...

"This was one of the best places I have stayed in 25+ years of travelling. A beautiful boutique hotel in a beautiful city. The staff from the moment we entered until we left was superb. Rebecca and her team, Lucas, Ben and the young lady in the restaurant for breakfast were just so fantastic.
