We arrived late at night with two small children and we shocked to find the beds had not been made up and all the linen including towels were left in a heap on one of the beds. The room was very stark with horrible industrial style box iron construction beds with very dangerous corners for small children. Due to the lack of soft furnishings the room was noisy and the noise from the corridor outside was very intrusive in the room. Breakfast was a very unpleasant experience. The quality and variety of the food was poor. The breakfast was not only self service buffet style but was also self clear as well with the staff being very pedantic in the way you had to clear the plates and cutlery placing them in specific places in a designated area with no clear instructions but being very rude in the way they "policed" the station. This hotel and the overall experience was the worst short stay I have ever had despite many years of travelling both for professional reasons and social reasons.

This room is designed to comfortably accommodate families of four.During the bustling holiday season, it's possible that our staff may not have immediately noticed your entry into the breakfast area. Had they seen you, they certainly would have cleared any used plates from your preferred table. Our team is always ready to assist, and we encourage guests to feel free to ask for help whenever needed.It concerns me that you did not bring the issues regarding housekeeping to the attention of our reception or staff during your stay. An oversight such as leaving linen in the room and not preparing the beds properly is a serious lapse. Typically, we would expect such dissatisfaction to be reported promptly so that we could rectify the situation immediately.To better understand and address your concerns, could you please provide us with photographs of the room as it was during your stay? Ok place to stay
Nice hotel, situated in a quiet side street off the main ring road. 5min walk to T'Zand and about 7mins from the free parking area. Free parking is used by everyone and spaces are limited. It took a while driving up and down and we're just about to admit defeat when a space became available. No lift at hotel. Check-in we were told was self service but on arrival reception was open. All fairly straightforward. Room we were given was spacious. However it was tired. Tiles were broken on the bathroom floor, these are dangerous, almost cut my foot on them and we could not close the bathroom door because it caught on the broken tile. The mirror glass in the hall had a crack in it. The toilet did not smell particularly nice. The duvet had stains on it. No hand soap provided on the separate toilet or main bathroom. Good blackout curtains. Quiet room. Bed was exceptionally soft, 2 pillow choices, plenty of space to stow clothes and luggage. Netflix was available. Breakfast included two cereal choices, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, natural yoghurt, orange juice and a selection of rolls and pastries. No provision for gluten, dairy or lactose intolerance. Drinks came from a machine and it tasted of whatever drink was selected before. Teabags had run out, asked for more and was given after a bit of a search the last teabag in the hotel. Overall, for the price, location and compared to other places we've stayed in Bruges we would consider staying here again.

Hôtel bien situé
Près du centre ville. On peut tout faire à pied. Le personnel est gentil et serviable lorsqu'il est présent, c'est à dire de 8h à 17h. Les lits sont très confortables, la salle de bain est grande. Le seul problème est l'isolation phonique. Nous entendions nos voisins du dessus marcher et leurs enfants courir.

Sehr hellhörig und gratis Parkplätze waren alle belegt. Daher musste ich 16,- fürs Parken zusätzlich zahlen. Ansonsten alles gut und Innenstadt nicht weit entfernt.

Just outside the busy area, provided instructions to free parking close by that was walkable actually once we park the car we really never moved it walked everywhere in town. The property itself was nice well kept.

So it said secure onsite parking. There was no onsight parking and i showed very nice receptionist, he took a picture of my screen. This was the reason we chose this hotel. He did allow us to put our expensivebikes in the room (thank you) before taking our car to the free parking half a mile away and needless to say this was on the street. The room was big, but very dark and with very thin doors, which as it was opposite reception was not great in the morning.the situation of the hotel, especially if you don't have a car, is great. Easy ealking/cycling to all areas.

Ok men med problemer
Først vil jeg fremhæve et venligt personale. Værelset var også ok uden at være prangende til prisen. Beliggenheden god i forhold til at komme til centrum til fods. Wifi var også ok. Men der er nogle ting, som jeg ikke vil rose. I beskrivelsen af hotellet står gratis parkering. Den ligger så 500 meter fra hotellet, og er gratis parkering i siden af vejen. Lad være med at skrive noget man ikke kan holde. Vi fik kun en værelsesnøgle, og hovedeindgangen er tit låst. Man bør også udvide receptionens åbningstid. Den er alt for lille. Til sidst så er morgenmaden først severet kl 8.30. Alt for sent, hvis man skal tidligt afsted. Men vil stadigt se tilbage på opholdet som positivt. Primært på grund af det venlige personale.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Leider ist uns beim ersten aufsperren der Zimmertür schon der Türgriff auseinander gefallen. Das Zimmer bräuchte dringend mal eine Auffrischung, neue Vorhänge und vor allem der Teppich gehört ausgetauscht. Das Bett ist aber bequem. Das Bad ist neu renoviert, leider ist die Halterung an der Duschstange schon defekt. Auch die WC Papier halterung hängt nur an einer Schraube. Alles nur Kleinigkeiten, aber einfach schade dass sich niemand drum kümmert. Denn das Haus hat durchaus seinen Scharm. Der Frühstücksraum zb. ist wunderschön. Es gehört nur etwas mehr Liebe reingesteckt. Fazit, für ein/zwei Nächte durchaus ok.

Family weekend away.
lovely friendly and very helpful staff. 4-person room was ideal for our family with really comfortable beds, Larger than average tv. Separate toilet and shower ensuite which really suited our needs. Continental breakfast was fresh and well stocked. Location to town is perfect. Overall, a really good hotel.

Pleasant hotel but room was too warm.
The hotel was in a nice area near to the canal path and short walk to the main city area. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the staff ensured it was stocked throughout. Breads, cheese, meats, cereals and hot croissants. The bedroom was clean and the bathroom modern. The main problem was the heat, we were on the second floor and we could feel the heat rising each time we climbed the stairs. The rooms was extremely warm and we struggled to sleep. There was an electric fan in the room but it just wasn’t enough, air con is needed In this hotel.

Einfaches ruhiges Hotel nahe der Altstadt
Es ist ein einfaches Hotelzimmer mit großem Badezimmer und separatem WC. Alles sehr sauber. Das Treppenhaus ist eng und steil. Zum Frühstück gab es aufgebackene Brötchen, Kaffee nur aus dem Automaten. Außerhalb der kurzen Frühstückszeit war er kostenpflichtig ab 2,00€ aufwärts. Ausreichend Auswahl an Brotaufstrichen, Wurst und Käse. Das kostenlose WLAN ist des öfteren zusammengebrochen.

Lovely and good walking distance to brugge.
Lovely place xlose walking distance to Brugge. Parking was on a main road away from hotel. Breakfast was good. Room OK. Comfy bed.
