"We stayed in a family room. As soon as we checked in, it was clear the room had not been cleaned - old clothes on the floor and food in the fridge area. We requested the room be cleaned again. Unfortunately it was clear on other days the room wasn’t being hoovered, no new bin liners etc. We had constant issues with our pass locking us out the room. We had a baby so this was very inconvenient but the reception desk did not apologise despite our being upset. The breakfast is excellent and the...

"Just an amazing amazing place. Right in the middles of everything"

"So I dont often write reviews, but this hotel blew me away for its price and quality. The lobby was built nice and smelled nice too with lots of antiques, the terrace on the side of the building was also really nicely built and facing a park/field. It wasnt soo expensive but for the price I payed I got an excellent small yet simple room that smelled fresh and tidy with a nice bathroom. There is a decent sized parking lot behind the building, and a cover parking that you have to pay for. It sits...

"Hotel Navarre made our stay in Brugge really special. We were very happy to see how beautiful it was as we pulled up; but it was the staff, location, comfortable room and lovely breakfast that made it a place we would come back to. Staff member Indy went the extra mile to help us get a taxi on a particularly busy morning in at the hotel due to special events in the city."

"Excellent stay here. They were so helpful despite not having a lift to carry our suitcases for us. The room was very beautiful and spacious; old world style and they had chocolates at checkin and cookies at check out!"

"Very beautiful room with a comfortable bed."

"My wife & I spent a week at the Biskajer while in Bruges for a wedding. The hotel was an easy 5-10 minute walk to the City Hall where the formal wedding ceremony was held. The room we were initially assigned, while very nice, did not have a walk-in shower. We are both elderly with histories of leg surgeries so getting in and out of the high tub was challenging. When informed of this issue, the staff promptly moved us to a room with a walk-in shower. The daily breakfast was excellent...

"Very disappointing experience with Hotel Aragon. We had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived, we were told the hotel was overbooked and we had to move to their sister hotel. Yousef at the front desk told us that our rooms would be upgraded because of the inconvenience. However, when we arrived at the second hotel, only one of the rooms was upgraded. The check-in process there also took a very long time. When we called Yousef about the issue, the first time he said he was busy and...

"Probably one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The location, the staff, the rooms and amenities everything was great."
