"We stayed in what seemed to be the older section of the resort. Housekeeping requires requests. The we had 3 rooms total and the phones did not work. Apparently the entire section is out. toilet backed up twice and overflowed. well, the hotel amenities are nice. The room sucked."

"We were there with our grandchildren to enjoy the Lake and spend a few days in the Ozarks. They provide everyone with a wrist band which opens the door to your room. This is all that they provide. Once on site there is NOTHING inclusive about this stay. You have options for a couple of pools for ..."
