"Very nice accommodations, clean & comfortable! There were No signs of pets or smoking. I'm allergic to both animals & smoke. Sometimes these rentals state pet free/smoke free but then are clearly Not!! But as I said No signs of either here! All the essentials was there. Very nice clean rental. Highly recommend!! Thank You for an Awesome stay. : )"

"No it was horrible had to pay extra for service dog , then was argued with because the staff is unprofessional and doesnt want whats best to resolve the issues charing me 65 bucks for a dog that has papers 1. 2 they made me wake my kids up to move the room or woukd of been charged 150 bucks told me to ve out in 30 mins came back said ok id move then was told i had 10 mins ... wasnt even 10 mins passed when she said 30 mins , had ocean view which was nice id not said anything about the stay till...

"Had a great time. House was beautiful, like somewhere I could see myself living permanently. Everyone on Oak Island were welcoming and laid back. We enjoyed the local eateries and shopping especially the amount of antique stores in the area. Picture time by the pier at sunset is a must. "

"Pet friendly for a fee the pool wasn’t open till may. If your on the top floor just know you have to walk all the way down to the ground floor to vape or smoke other wise they charge a $250 smoking fee which is crazy to me. "

"The room size was great and everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The view of the river is not as it appears in the listing. It is only partially visible from the balcony on the back side units. It is nice to walk down to the sandy beach and out n the pier. We had a Deluxe room with a kitchen and it was really nice. Location is not far from the downtown area and only 1.5 miles free m the ferry port to Fort Fisher. We will probably go back in the future."
