"The hotel had the best location for the Christmas market and walking to the city centre sights. There was a really nice atmosphere and surprisingly quiet.
The breakfast was very tasty. The room was really comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful, especially when we had an issue with our door code. "

"Staff very kind and helpful. Decor modern and minimalist, very clean. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Nice shopping nearby. Quick walk to central train station. Uber to airport €35 reserved in advance. Breakfast for €34 was mundane. (More like a US interstate motel than an upscale property) but other features of the hotel make up for that if you eat breakfast at a nearby coffee shop. And back to the best: staff warm friendly welcoming and helpful! "

"Propre, neuf ,grand et confortable. Personnels convivials et sympathiques. L'endroit est légèrement a l'exterieur du centre de la ville. Secteur avec beaucoup de commerces et bars. Petit bemol sur le prix du déjeuner qui sont beaucoup trop dispendieux et sur la porte de la salle de bain qui manque d'intimitée, surtout pour une chambre à 3 personnes, donc avec généralement 1 enfant. Pour le reste c'etait parfait."

"The hotel is lovely, the rooms are a great size and I really enjoyed the quirky decor, the bed is amazingly comfortable and HUGE. There isn’t much in the local area immediately outside of the hotel, but the tram / metro is very close plus it’s 15-20 minutes to Grand Place by foot anyway.
The only downside, and it is a big downside, is that it’s very noisy. Perhaps this is just if you’ve got a room on the front of the hotel like we did.
