"Great property , nicely maintained, very clean and wonderful management team and very attentive to our needs and they helped us before we asked for help after we are not able to open the door. Returned the full deposit . They meticulously maintained the property and provided extra security in the entrance doors to ensure our safety.. Customers should help the mgmt team by keeping the property clean abs handle the furniture and utensils properly during their stay. They are not big corporate...

Sijainti on hyvä melko lähellä metroa."

"I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. "

"Lovley room, with one of the most comfortable beds of our 4 week trip. The only comment was there was no luggage storage left when we arrived around 11am and we had to arrange & pay for storage off site. Also its a 15 min walk from train station and 10min walk to the old town if walking is an issue the location may be an issue."

"Please do not even think about staying at this property. The photos you see are not realistic of the situation encountered. Mold, door to the shared balcony does not close properly. Dirty, old. Was present at the property for 40 minutes because of the unsafe and unhealthy conditions. When we requested a refund it was denied. Again, do NOT book this property!!!"

"It was wonderful stay for me. Very safe and close to my official visit at Pieter D Somer auditorium, to attend ISMA 2026 conference. Iprefer to stay if I travel back to Leuven again."

"The stay was not in a great neighborhood. Door handles loose, faucets loose, light switches dirty. Exposed pipes & electrical in bathroom. Beds had bed bugs. "
