"The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. I had to leave early so wasn’t able too enjoy the breakfast. I appreciated that there was a shuttle to and from the airport. It would have been nicer to be let off at the front door of the hotel because I had a lot of luggage. The shuttle drivers were very kind and helpful. At the airport the driver went and got a luggage cart for me to use. So very thoughtful when he saw me struggling to drag my crate."

"The restaurant food was very good, but I would have preferred to be able to eat/be served on their patio which was limited to carrying out your own beverages."

"Almohadas incómodas (a pesar de tener 2 diferentes). Habitaciones con pisos y alfombra sucia. La limpieza de la habitación únicamente es tender camas y cambiar toallas de baño, no hacen la limpieza del piso. Alimentos de room service no valen la pena."

"Room was nice, clean, and modern. Staff was friendly. My big complaint is the restaurant where we had dinner (there's nothing else close by). The food was not good."
