Great apartment for Brussels Trip

Excellently located apartment close to a small supermarket and walking distance from the Commission. Easy for check in and very well maintained apartment.

All in all it was a really nice stay! The property was easy to access and very clean. You had everything you need there. It took us like 7 minutes to get to the trainstation. The only downside is that the sourounding area is quite loud, but thats what you get staying in the middle of a busy city. Would recommend! :)

I nice simple, no frills, no stress accommodation. The only downside was there was initially no communication about how to access the site (I had to call them), and the wifi was really poor - which made doing any work from the room very difficult. I would not recommend for anyone with mobility/disability issues. other than that, was clean, everything I needed (other than wifi) and the bed was comfortable.

Conveniently located and well-stocked studio

Simple attic studio was great for a short work trip to Brussels. Located just around the corner to most of the EU buildings and with everything you need for a quick meal at home. The heating worked well, bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. My only complaint would be other guests who smoked - while they stayed 2 floors below the apartment I stayed in, you could still smell the smoke through the pipe system in the kitchen. There are 2 Wifi networks - the primary one that is suggested in the booklet was weak, so I connected to the other one which was great.

Super apartment in great location

It was hard to reach the place and to communicate. Even to find the number or email address. Booking/payment info is not up to date. Zero flexibility with check-in and out times, and no place to store luggage. Good place for a short visit with not much luggage.

Never again

The room was on the ground floor next to entrance of the building. Poeple coming/leaving the building always shut the heavy door with an extremely noise. We were awakened by this noise several times during the night. Our stay was this way very unpleasant. I would never choose again this property.

Due notti a bruxelles...

Abbiamo comunicato con host qualche giorno prima del nostro arrivo e ci ha confermato la possibilita di poter lasciare i bagagli in stanza prima dell'orario del check in. Sono appartamenti privati senza reception. Giunti in struttura alle 9.30 scopriamo da un ospite uscito per caso dalla struttura che serve un codice per accedere alla struttura, codici che non abbiamo mai ricevuto. Così chiamiamo l'host per almeno 10 volte che però non risponde al telefono, né ai messaggi, e aspettiamo due ore fuori in strada coi bagagli. Alla fine alle 11.20 finalmente mi chiama su whatsapp e dopo altri 25 minuti ci manda codici per entrare e la signora delle pulizie ci apre la stanza dove finalmente possiamo riporre i bagagli. Il servizio di hotels ha cercato di mettersi in contatto con l'host ma invano. Alla fine siamo entrati ma se avessimo ricevuto le istruzioni per entrare coi codici il giorno prima come di consueto...

Veldig fin leilighet. Tydelig at det er sopp i dele ene ytterveggen, men ikke noe som plaget oss. Videre fungerte ikke mikroen, men dette ble de oppmerksomme på og forsøkte fikse. Det eneste reelle minuset var at det ikke var aircondition eller vifte. Vi spurte riktig nok ikke etter dette. Svært varmt i Brussel mens vi bodde der. Utover det; enkel og ryddig inn/utsjekk, rent og pent og god valuta for pengene!

Studio hyvällä sijainnilla lyhyeen vierailuun

Yövyin kattohuoneistossa ja satoi vettä, joten huone oli meluinen. Lisäksi huoneistossa oli homeen haju, joten ei olisi tehnyt mieli viettää siellä enempää aikaa kuin vain nukkua muutama tunti. Sijainti on todella hyvä ja huoneiston puitteet muutoin erinomaiset.

Die Zimmer waren wie eine kleine 1-Raum-Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Kleine Gebrauchsspuren, aber sonst sehr sauber und bequemes Bett. Hatten allerdings Probleme mit dem Check-In (dem Zugangscode), da dieser nur mithilfe von Mitarbeitern von Expedia möglich war. In der ersten Nacht war es sehr laut und mitten in der Nacht standen Männer vor unserer Tür und hämmerte unaufhörlich gegen die Tür - da ist es überflüssig zu erwähnen wie unsicher und unwohl wir uns fühlten. Dies teilte ich der Vermieterin/Besitzerin mit und erhielt bis heute keine Antwort.
