The dishes were dirty and unwashed when we arrived. The bottom of the kettle was peeling off and would contaminate the water when boiled. Some weird exhaust fan in the room is really loud in the middle of the night, keeping us awake. It was honestly better than nothing, but I wouldn't come back here again.

The apartment room that we booked was spacious and affordable, it came with more amenities than we expected such as cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave and own AC control. Overall a VERY nice place to spend several nights, the only concern is that the neighborhood surround the hotel is not very aesthetic or convenient as there are not many places nearby to eat at. Although with its location so close to the Bruxelles-Midi train station it was easy to hop on a train to visit the Brussels city center and find plenty of places to eat.

I loved how close the hotel was to the train station. The hotel was very modern with a friendly staff. I loved that the lobby had a water dispenser. The room had a lot of amenities (air conditioning, mini kitchen, chromeCast) and very spacious. Especially for the price, I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel gut, Umgebung schlecht, wie alles hotel das in der nähe von Bus/Zug Bahnhof liegt. Schmutzig, schlechte Geruch, viele Obdachlose in der Zone.

Pros- Buffet breakfast was average but good selection. Close walking distance to Gare du Midi station, metro, bus, etc. Room was comfortable and good size. Staff was lovely and welcoming. Cons- Floor quite dusty, couldn’t turn off air con from the room (although staff did assist when issue raised), burning smell from microwave and neighbourhood not the best. Overall was value for money and didn’t expect a lot but was a decent stay for the 2 days spent in Brussels.

Stayed before - very convenient for Midi station
Very happy with hotel. Everything that I needed. A few niggles, but not enough to put me off returning. However, half of the TV channels did not work at all. I can never work out the hi-tech heating/air conditioning control in a hotel room. I opened the window and kept it open all night, which meant a fair bit of noise from the street. Had breakfast at the weekend. Not a bargain but OK for the amount I ate. However, not a wide range. They ran out of bread and had to thaw it from the freezer. That should never happen. Common problem of things not being topped up in time (e.g. scrambled egg).

Un peu surpris je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux, Vaisselle non ranger dans les placard encore tout dans le lave vaisselle Un asticot dans le lavabo de la salle de bain Un insecte sur le plan de travail de la cuisine Le garage est une poubelle pleine de déchets nourriture, escrement, sûrement une personne qui loge dans la cage d’escalier. La voiture était garé dans le noir complet aucune lumière pour s’éclairer. Nous n’avions pas compris le système du chauffage au début quand nous sommes arrivés le chauffage (mi-décembre) la clim était allumé. Mise à part tout ça la chambre est spacieuse et bien, le matelas était confortable.

Nos sorprendió mucho el estupendo desayuno que se sirve en el hotel. No es demasiado variado, pero los productos son de calidad. Sobre todo puedes tomar un café excelente, y prepararte unos gofres caliente si te apetecen para desayunar. La atención del personal, tanto de comedor como de recepción nos pareció excepcional.

Hotel bonito y moderno
Hotel súper bonito y moderno. Al tener una mini cocina ayuda a poder comprar en el súper y preparar algo en la habitación y así ahorrar algo. El desayuno un poco pobre y el barrio en el que está no es para tirar cohetes pero está al lado de la estación Buxelles Midi que comunica con todo (aeropuerto, Brujas, Gante…). Otra cosa positiva es que puedes conectar tu móvil a la televisión para ver películas o series, así que por lo general un hotel muy recomendable.
