Steigenberger Icon Wiltcher's
Nice hotel and good location but a bit dated with uncomfortable bed and no room service after midnight which is absurd for a hotel of this size and stature. Walls also paper thin so you can hear your neighbors talking or crying etc. staff doesn’t ask how your stay was on departure

Warwick Grand-Place Brussels
Spa was dysfunctional and not highlighted on property listing. I could have booked another hotel, if I was told earlier.
