"When we arrived in our room there was no handwash and no chairs to sit at the small table. Thought we would give the room service team a chance to rectify, I.e using common sense when they come to clean the room. But no chairs where put in the room, and didn't get hand soap until the final night. We used shower soap until then. I understand they are working to a time scale and the job is not easy.
