This is a lovely hotel, and we had high hopes when we checked in. One of the things that we look for when booking a hotel is whether or not they have a nice bar/lounge area. We really enjoy coming in after a long day and having a refreshing cocktail, or a nightcap at the end of the evening. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it had a rooftop bar. What a better way to end the day? The first day we were there, we went to the bar area within the lobby of the hotel, and it was unmanned almost look like it was an unused area. We did go up to the rooftop area and enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. The next night, no one was to be found in the lobby bar and they were charging $20 to get to the roof. I questioned that and indicated that we were a guest. There was no exception, the cover charge would still stand. They did say that the $20 could be used towards drink purchases, but we were not looking to have drinks, just looking to enjoy the roof . Really felt like they should have disclosed their policies at check-in. Really took the fun out of one of the main reasons we chose this property. Other than that, the property was clean and nice. Location was great and people were friendly, but we were really disillusioned by the rooftop situation. Really felt like if you’re going to present that as an amenity, it should be available to guests.

My wife and I stayed at the Warwick for a week in May. It was perfectly located for our purposes. It's right down the street from the Central Station; there are countless dining options within walking distance; the Fine Arts Museum and the Musical Instruments Museum are a short walk away as well; and it's a two-minute walk to Grand Place. The property is very well-maintained; housekeeping is excellent; and our limited interactions with staff members were uniformly positive. In addition, when we arrived early from an overseas flight, we were graciously permitted to check in without any difficulty or additional fee. In short, we would highly recommend the Warwick.

Nice, clean hotel with comfortable room and close to Brussels Central metro. Bathroom layout was designed for a smaller person with a the toilet right up against the wash basin. Shower also seemed to alternate between hot and cold water. Room service was good and bed was comfortable.
