"Execellent place to stay with the space and feel of a very nice apartment. Very short drive or an extended walk from downtown Savannah. Reserved parking is both a luxury for Savannah and a bit tricky. Our space was tight and way too close to a large concrete pillar. However, it appeared to be the only space with that problem. Otherwise, this was a surprising find, offering a sizeable kitchen and plenty of room. I would happily stay again."

"Some areas under furniture with a lot of debris, but other than that - older charming Savannah spot "

"Poor water flow upstairs, downstairs toilet wasn’t working great. washing machine leaked (think the seal is worn on it) and filters for ac where not the greatest for air flow (my husband changed the one upstairs) and garbage around outside smelled really bad, but with the heat I know that doesn’t help. Overall we had a great experience and we would stay there again. "

"Great location for everything with walking or public transportation
problems texting communications
Bathroom small for more than 2
Minor details we left for improvements ie (broken drawer in fridge, one towel hook in bath, coffee is kurig only )it is a lovely place and if possible I would have a 4.5 rating
I would stay again but bring a few extras for the kitchen that I wanted but had to purchase since I did not hear back from texting them
