"Very comfortable bed which was surprising to me because I personally have long-term chronic spinal pain from an injury and multiple spinal surgeries. I slept well and awoke fully rested. My traveling companion said the same about the bed she slept on. Also, the room was quiet and there was no problem with getting hot water for our showers. Highly recommend this property. Hotel Denim was the absolute cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. I found no problems anywhere."

"Our stay was truly exceptional. The house was pristine, incredibly comfortable, and had a welcoming energy that made it feel like our own home for the two days we were there. A great selection of snacks, food, and drinks were available at all times. We especially loved the ambiance because the entire place smelled amazing and the soft music playing throughout the house was such a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and hope it’s available the next time we’re in the area!"

"Our hostess and host at Greenwood could have taught a class on hospitality. Friendly, by the end of the stay we wanted an excuse to stay longer. Helpful. Quick and simple directions to our show. Advice. Let us know that walking to and from the show was relatively safe. Again a class could be taught by the Host."

"I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THE OTHER ROOMS AT THIS FACILITY, BUT THE ONE I RESERVED WAS IN NEED OF A FEW UPDATES. THE HOT WATER WAS RUNNING (IN THE SINK) WHEN I ENTERED THE ROOM. NOT SURE IF COFFEE WAS POURED IN THE SINK, BUT THERE WAS REMAINS OF A BROWN LIQUID. AS I TURNED ON THE SHOWER, A LARGE GUST OF RUSTY WATER CAME FROM THE SHOWER HEAD. THE WINDOW CURTAINS COULD BE UPDATED."

"Breakfast minimal, broken hairdryer stained towels and linens , grounds not well kept, staff entered our room without knocking, a non English speaking man came in while we were in the room and rushed in took all our towels and garbage without even explaining what he was doing,poor tv channel choices,a iron without an ironing board,no kleenex"

"They took my reservation online after 7pm and only on confirmation did I learn they didn't staff their front desk after 7, so it was impossible for me to arrange the late check-in they advertised. And then they refused to issue a refund. I never got my room."

"There is plenty of parking all around the hotel as well as the office and there was plenty of room with a large desk and chair work area. The room was very clean and neat with plenty of towels. Rooms are nicely decorated, sheets were clean and bed was made nicely. The staff is exceptional especially at checkin.Front desk on duty was so accommodating and kind and went above and beyond .They might want to add possibly one cart with wheels for transporting luggage to and from rooms.
