"We pulled into the parking lot that was too small for a vehicle to get down the alley. People in the parking lot were doing profound things and we were so nervous we never even got out of the car! The pictures are deceiving and I would never stay here! We never even got out of our vehicle and immediately left, resulting in a fee to stay when we did not! We found a very nice motel up the street! The owner doesn’t respond or even message you back! No communication whatsoever! I would NEVER...

"Super updated and clean room. Beds were semi comfortable. Only negative was that one night the front desk attendant had a difficult time managing needs of clients so I had to wait for 40 minutes in line to find out that they were out of pool towels. "

"I only stayed to run the Irving marathon. I ordered steak frites with Parmesan truffle fries and was a little disappointed that it was overcooked, the steak wasn’t sliced, and the fries were regular fries with Parmesan dumped on them. Tasted ok but way over priced. Otherwise it was a good stay."

"I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express and unfortunately, my experience was not good. The room felt old and outdated, and there was no ceiling fan or proper ventilation in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable to use.
Housekeeping was also disappointing—they only made the bed and didn’t clean or touch anything else in the room. Basic cleaning standards were not met.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It did not meet expectations in terms of comfort or cleanliness."

"The staff was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable went above and beyond to get us checked in early.
However there were tiles in our bathroom that were loose and grout was sharp. We did not report it until Saturday afternoon because we did not want to move and i don't believe there were other rooms avaliable
The pool area did not seem to be cleaned for several days. The deck had water standing and dirty. No pool towels and trash sitting.

"The staff was great. There were some minor repair needs to my room door lock, though the staff was attentive and great.
