"Hotel needs to clean the fixtures and mop the floor prior to the next guest checking in. The bedding was clean but I could see fingerprints everywhere on the doorknobs and fixtures. Breakfast options needs improvement. I was expecting some scrambled eggs, potatoes and bacon. What was offered was very limited but since it was free, it wasn't horrible. Signage about the cook only making sausage breakfast sandwiches would have been helpful. There needs to be some kind of coverage or a catering bowl that closes for the sausage sandwiches. The cook made them and just sat them on the counter. I thought someone had ordered them. I didn't realize they were not until they had probably gotten cold and other people had breathed on them. Those were my only complaints. The queen double bedroom had a full size refrigerator, cooktop and microwave. Ice was available by request at the front desk. Hotel location was great, near the interstate, near the King of Prussia Mall but in a quiet spot by the Children's Hospital. All things considered the hotel was nice for such a low/reasonable price. I would return and stay here again if in the area."

"The room was clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The lighting in the room was just right—not too bright, not too dim. It was very quiet throughout the night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The WiFi speed was fast and reliable, perfect for both work and streaming. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely come back again. "

"There was no breakfast at all. Not even coffee the breakfast area was really dirty. Hotel was very noisy."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had do not book. After I booked through Expedia I was told after checking in that that place had no water !!!! I’m not sure how they get away with being able to open while dealing with construction. They first told me that there was no hot water during the day. Then the next day when I went to shower there was no water period!!!!!! They were not apologetic, or hospital about it at all. I would definitely never come back here ever again. "

"Please understand when they say free breakfast it's just packaged muffins and packaged oatmeal. Not a full spread like a lot of places. The elevator was broken and there were spills on both staircases. The building didn't feel secure as they kept proping entrances and back exits. The room was clean but that's it. The bed sits on metal frames so you can imagine the noise it makes. Probably will not stay here again"
