"The service was exemplary. When we checked in we were greeted with a warm towel and beverage. The room was filled with snacks, water, beverages and even a bottle of wine to welcome us. Turn down treats were delicious. The breakfast was more than we could have expected. Everything was deliciious especially the smoothie we got each morning. We were sad to leave."

"Thom went above and beyond fir me. A third-party agent had lost my booking at a sanctuary. I had given up on retreiving my payment as i couldn't reach the agent. About 90 min later, Thom emailed me to say they had found the reservation and i was booked for the next day. It must of taken many phone calls and a fair bit of time.
