"The hot tub was closed, which was the whole reason I booked this hotel. The room was dirty, with large visible stains on the carpet, curtains, bedding, and couch. The toilet in the bathroom had streaks from previous guests and there were stray hairs throughout the bathroom upon entering. There was food/sauce on the floor of the elevator. "Dirt room. Curtain broken, had to pin up towels to have privacy and block the light. Unruly and loud guests. Kids being left alone and yelling from the balconies to their parents in the parking lot. A couple physically fought outside my room last night threatening to kill each other. I tried calling the front desk at least 6 times and no one answered the phone. No housekeeping service from Saturday to Tuesday. Absolutely a dumpster fire."

"When you book online, they do not tell you about $100 cash deposit needed when arriving there and then the guy refused to give you a receipt for $100 if we lived in a perfect world that will make perfect sense but we don’t I fought for my receipt and never got it.. I did get my hundred dollars back and went on my way. The three days I stayed there was only to sleep cause I had things already planned but the place could use some cleaning.
